Espaella was born in Madrid with the purpose of offering the best paella available in the market. We focus on getting the best ingredients and work on the R&D of our creation process to ensure that each dish has the best taste and quality.
Today we cook more than 500,000 portions a year, with excellent demand, meaning we have increased our production and variety.
